Time to make a difference

As part of the University’s Time to Make a Difference policy, all University staff are entitled to two additional days of leave to volunteer.

Volunteering Leave allows you more time to dedicate to causes you care about. You can continue with a current voluntary role, try something new, or volunteer with your colleagues.

Several local organisations maintain lists of volunteering opportunities in the Thames Valley area:
