Searching for a specific book

1. In the Search box type the author's last name.
   Do not type in any initials or first names. If you have multiple authors then just type in the the first author's surname.
2. Then type in just one or two words from the title.
3. Click on Search

Example

To find out if we have the following book:

Lanham-New, S.A., Macdonald, I.A. & Roche, H.M. (eds) (2011) Nutrition and metabolism. 2nd edn. Chichester: Wiley-Blackwell.

1. Type in: lanham-new nutrition and metabolism
2. Click on Search

Searching for e-books

Once you have entered your search and are looking at some results, use the results limits on the left of the screen to limit your results to "Online" access. If you also retrieve e-journals in your results, use the Format limit to select "Book". You will then just see a list of e-books.

Move on to looking at your search results
