Filming and photography in the Library

Filming should not affect normal University Library services nor the work or privacy of Library users (unless specific arrangements have been made in advance). Appropriate permissions must be sought from anyone who might appear in the film, even if they are in the background. 

 

To request permissions to film or take photographs in the Library, please fill out our online form with the details of your request. 

 

University of Reading Film, Theatre & Television students should consult us at least two working days in advance and provide confirmation from their tutor that filming in the Library is required for their course.
