The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) assesses all your English skills and is designed to reflect how English is used in real life.
It is recognised by over 11,000 organisations globally and it is accepted in 140 countries. Millions of tests are taken each year.
IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English.

You can see your results online, 13 days (IELTS on Paper) and 1-5 days (IELTS on Computer) after the test.
For IELTS on Paper we also post a copy of your test results (the Test Report form, TRF) to the address stated on your application.
