If you have an outstanding account for tuition fees or accommodation that you are unable to pay, please get in touch with us by email in the first instance.

If you have a query concerning the status of a payment made to the University, please contact our Receipts Office by e-mailing epayments@reading.ac.uk, or by calling +44 (0)118 378 6130. Please note that this number is only available 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
