Outreach Events

The Electron Microscopy Laboratory, the University's main microscopy facility, is running a number of student master classes intended to complement the As-level biology syllabus. Each session includes a presentation exploring some basic microscopy principles, a demo of the Centre's electron microscopes in action, and a tour of our sample preparation facilities, including the ultramicrotome.

 

 

 

We can accommodate a maximum of 24 students at each session.
