Learning Design

Learning design is the purposeful and deliberate process of sequencing and scaffolding student-centred and inclusive learning experiences to help students achieve specific learning outcomes and the University of Reading Graduate Attributes.

This involves making choices about the structure, timing, teaching and learning approaches, and assessment and feedback strategies across modules and programmes, through co-ordination in design and delivery across the programme team, in partnership with students and other stakeholders.
