What is an Offer Holder Day?
At the University of Reading, we realise how important it is to make sure you are making the right decision when choosing where to study. We want you to get a feel for what life would be like as an undergraduate student here.
Offer Holder Days are held for prospective students who have applied to a non-interview course at the University of Reading and have been offered a place. They are subject-specific and organised by the department you will be joining. Even if you have already attended one of our Open Days, Offer Holder Days are highly beneficial as they offer you a different, more bespoke experience and a taste of student life here at Reading.
During the day, you will have the opportunity to meet your future tutors and hear more about the course you’ll be studying. In departmental sessions you can get to know your future classmates and talk to current students about their experiences here so far. You’ll also be able to talk to representatives of key services like Accommodation and Student Funding.
Offer Holder Days are held on certain Saturdays in February, March and April on campus. If you can’t join us in person, there will be the chance to learn more about your subject and everything we have to offer in a virtual environment. More information about Offer Holder Days can be found on me@reading applicant.
