Accommodation fees

Paying in instalments
You can pay for your accommodation online and in instalments.
To view your instalment dates, and the fees due on each instalment date for your accommodation, log into your RISIS web portal account.
Deposit
Once we make you an offer of accommodation, you will need to pay a £250 deposit within five days of receiving the offer. This will be refunded by UPP within 28 days of the end of the residency period, less any charges such as for damages or unpaid rent.

If you have any financial concerns, you can discuss these with the Student Financial Support Team or a Reading Students' Union advisor.
