- The BBC lists LM Montgomery's novel, Anne of Green Gables as among the top 20 children's books ever, as voted by experts including Professor Karin Lesnik-Oberstein (English Literature). The BBC also quotes Professor Karin Lesnik-Oberstein's top ten suggestions.
