• Dr Al Edwards (Pharmacy) is quoted by Republic World about following the manufacturer's instructions on lateral flow tests after reports of schoolchildren forging positive test results using lemon juice.

• Visiting Fellow Dr Stephen Burt (Meteorology) was quoted in The Times with his research on thunderstorms in Oxford during the 20th century. 
• The India Education Diary reports on the flood science exhibition led by Professor Hannah Cloke (Geography/Meteorology) at the Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition. Professor Cloke spoke to BBC Radio Berkshire about the exhibition.
