COVID-19: expert comment on the pandemic
- Dr Simon Clarke (Biological Sciences) spoke to BBC Radio Oxford and BBC Radio Berkshire about wider availability of antibody tests; and BBC Radio Ulster (also aired on BBC Radio Foyle) about controversial comments made by an Northern Irish GP about the Covid vaccines. Comments by Dr Clarke on the latest Oxford study of ONS stats feature in a number of German publications, including Hanauer Anzeiger and Wa.de; and he is also quoted in GloucestershireLive on the growing number of cases in the overs 60s in the local area.
- Dr Clarke and Dr Al Edwards (Pharmacy) are both quoted in a BBC Online article about the rising number of infection in those that have been double-jabbed. Dr Clarke is quoted in an LBC Online article on the same topic.
