Students will, under the guidance their personal tutor, select the module from the Flexible Learning Path which is most appropriate to their requirements. Students will only be able to take one module.

This evidence of learning allows students to take ownership of their personal, professional and academic development and to demonstrate acquired knowledge and skills to enhance their practice within the workplace.

Aims:

Students will be able to pursue a flexible range of learning pathways, including short courses and professional development activities that provide skills and learning appropriate to their employment. Students will take ownership of their personal, professional and academic development and will use this module to demonstrate the use of acquired knowledge and skills which enhance their practice within the workplace.

Learning will be required to include 50 hours of study as defines the credit weighting of this course.
