Health and Safety Inspection Mentoring
This course looks at the activity of inspection and give some handy tips and guides you to tools that can be used to complete an effective inspection programme.
AIMS:
During the session we will:
- Define what makes a good inspection
- Give hints and tips on what you should be noticing when carrying out inspections
- Guide you to useful tools to help facilitate and record inspections
OBJECTIVES - ON RETURNING TO THE WORKPLACE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Effectively compete workplace inspections
- Know the remedial actions to be taken if faults are identified as part of the inspection
- Keep appropriate records relating to inspections
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
- Health & Safety Coordinators who carry out routine inspections
- Managers or Supervisors who carry out inspections who also have decision making authority
