University of Reading graduate Shirley Anstis has made Reading her home.
Her counselling practice Envision Counselling is registered with the BACP. She also offers life coaching and expressive writing. The descendant of Windrush parents from Grenada she has edited a community magazine, and currently writes for the national magazine, Keep the Faith. Whether counselling, coaching or leading writing workshops she helps her clients to find the words to express their lived experience.
