BA Education Studies Annual Lecture

Dr Katy Smart from the University of Oxford will talk about her work with the Brain Story. This knowledge-based platform uses scientific understanding of the neuroscience of child development and its implications for lifelong health to improve outcomes for children, young people and adults. It also helps promote the awareness of why some individuals may struggle with executive functioning skills, including prioritising tasks, planning and impulsive behaviour.
