Online enrolment
The first part of enrolment takes place online via RISIS. Online enrolment opens at:
- Mon, 12th August 2024 for new postgraduate taught, postgraduate research and PGITT (Teacher Training) students
- Mon, 2nd September 2024 for new undergraduate students (including International Foundation Programme)
- Weds, 4th September 2024 for new Incoming Exchange (Study Abroad) students.
If you are an international student, online enrolment should be completed in advance of travel to the UK.
During online enrolment, you will need to pay your fees or let us know how you intend to pay, e.g., with a student loan, or scholarship. Find out more about tuition fees and schedules and pay your fees.

The university does not accept cash payments for tuition fees. International payments can take a number of days to be received by the university so please allow sufficient time for this. Your enrolment cannot be completed until fee payment is received by the University. Payment should be made in advance of arriving at Reading and through one of the approved methods of payment.
