Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught, International Foundation Programme, and Pre-Sessional English students commencing their studies with the University are required to accept the Student Contract. This is a set of terms and conditions that is a legally binding contract between you and the University of Reading.
Your Student Contract includes the Terms and Conditions and the Fees Policy. These will have been sent to you as part of your offer letter and can also be found below. These may be updated each year for the new cohort of students.
The Contract sets out your rights and responsibilities as a student and states the obligations of both parties. In addition, there is information on programmes, tuition fees, complaints, cancellation, termination rights, data protection and intellectual property principles.
Only by agreeing to them can you become a member of the University and study here. Find out more about your rights and responsibilities as a student below.
