We have a range of self-help guides and resources, as well as external support contacts to ensure you are able to access the support you need. If you are unsure what kind of support you need, or how to get started, we recommend completing our University of Reading Student Wellness Check to help explore your individual needs.
As a University of Reading student you also have free access to the Wisdom: Learn, grow, thrive app. Through the app you can access lots of self-help and resources on a range of different wellbeing topics, and you can also live chat confidentially with a mental health professional. If you prefer to talk on the phone, you can also call 0800 023 2466 to access free, confidential advice 24/7 with the Student Support Line.
