Applying for a Schengen visa
Travel to the USA
As a starting point, we recommend that you visit the US Embassy in London, which is the best source for up-to-date and useful information about different visas for the USA.
Travel to other countries
As a starting point, we recommend that you look at the website of the Embassy for the country you wish to visit, view a list of foreign embassies in the UK.
Useful information to be aware of if you are travelling outside the UK:
- Travelling Abroad and your Tier 4/Student visa
- Travelling after your course finishes on a Tier 4/Student visa
We recommend that you buy a belt or neck pouch to conceal your documents and money under your clothes because replacing lost documents whilst travelling outside the UK can be expensive and will disrupt your studies.
