- UoR Wellbeing videos - Created with students, these videos focus on looking after yourself, and cover a common range of topics you may be facing
- The Student Wellness Check - An assessment tool that asks you questions and gives you contacts for your needs
- Student Welfare Team - To help you with any personal difficulties you may experience during your time at university
- Counselling and Wellbeing service - Free professional counselling, wellbeing and mental health support for students
- RSU Welfare Directory - The Reading Students' Union Welfare Directory provides contact details for a variety of organisations and support within, and external to, the University of Reading
