what is mentoring?
Mentoring has evolved to embrace a wide range of activities in recent years: from being allocated individuals who respond to queries and giving moral support, to schemes that border on counselling due to the complex needs of the mentee.
A mentor may share with a mentee information about his or her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modelling.
Mentoring will give you the chance to develop relevant skills and boost your self-confidence to perform in any future job, you will also gain great evidence and the communication skills required to compete successful in the graduate recruitment process and provide excellent evidence to excel your applications and interview performance.
