What you can expect from us:
- Campus Jobs will endeavour to establish more part-time, on-campus jobs available to our students.
- When you register for Campus Jobs, we’ll provide you with a contract that allows you to work across a variety of roles on campus (UPP, Reading University Students' Union, Co-op and the Disability Office are not covered).
- When you have been offered work, we’ll provide you with an assignment offer via email. This will provide all the details of your assignment (working hours, location, core duties, etc.).
- Campus Jobs will, on a monthly basis make efforts to contact line managers in relation to approving their pending timesheets. However it is recommended that all workers keep an eye on the status of their timesheets via the Timesheet Portal. Workers should regularly communicate with their line managers regarding submitted timesheets to allow time for them to be reviewed and approved in line with the manager approval deadlines.
