Clearing: advice for parents and supporters
Clearing is a chance for students to find their place at a university that still has spaces available on their courses.
For some students, it can be an exciting time, but for others, it can be a bit more stressful. Even if the person you are supporting isn’t actively considering Clearing ahead of receiving their final results, the most helpful thing you can do is understand how Clearing works and the options available.
To make this easier, we’ve put together information to help.
You can also register your interest to receive information and guidance about Clearing at Reading or register for our How Clearing Works webinar for parents and supporters (details forthcoming).
