Description
These are a pair of medium sized narrow pats made of sycamore wood, used for shaping butter into pats. They are smooth on both sides, have pointed ends to the handles with a hole for hanging. These items were donated as part of a collection of dairy related objects from the University of Reading Department of Food Science.
