Description
This is a large pan made of green glass with a lip for pouring and a lip. It is used for straining and setting milk. This came to the museum as part of the Sharp collection.

Archival history
The Sharp Collection of agricultural and dairying equipment was compiled by Reverend C. J. Sharp at Wonersh, Surrey. Reverend Sharp died in 1967 and the Museum acquired the Collection for £60 in 1968., MERL ‘History Artefacts’ card - ‘PAN AND FUNNEL // PROCESSING Milk // Source Rev Sharp // Notes: Description: a large green pan made of green glass with a lip for pouring.
