Description
A money box in the shape of a seated man, in box. Inscribed on the base 'PATD JUNE 8 1875' and on the back of the chair 'PATD DEC 23 1873'.
This money box is made of painted metal, and is in the shape of a seated man. It is kept in a wooden storage box with a sliding lid. One arm and the head move; the coin slot is by the left arm, which moves to drop the coin in. It is inscribed on the base 'PATD JUNE 8 1875' and on the back of the chair 'PATD DEC 23 1873'.
