- DescriptionThis felloe saw was used for cutting felloes (rim sections) for the wheels of wagons. It was made by a blacksmith at New Mill, Hertfordshire, possibly to his own design and was also used at New Mill. The workman stood on two trestles, holding the wood with his feet while he cut.
