Description
This cylindrical pint measure is made of tinned metal, and has a brass handle which is curved backwards at the top to enable it to hang from the side of a milk can. It was used for measuring out milk for sale from a milk can, at Coley Park Farm, in Reading.

1 Pint measure: metal (tinned metal and brass); fair conditionSolder on the inside curve of the handle is residue after removal from a copper tube. It was attached (without agreement) for display purposes by Easton Farm Park while on loan from the museum.
