Description
Rose Bowl, presented to Mrs Ellen Cooper for the best prize heifer. Silver plated bowl shaped trophy with two handles, and inscription on one side: 'Prescot Agricultural Show, May 16th 1912, Presented by The Right Hon. The Earl of Sefton. For the best Heifer awarded to Mrs. Ellen Cooper.' On the reverse are the hallmarks: E & Co (Elkington & Co), Anchor (Birmingham), lion passant looking left (sterling silver), M (1911).
