Description
A paper licence disc in a wooden frame with a removable back. It is a licence for a 'mechanically propelled vehicle' for a Ransomes Tractor, licence number JTW 688. The licence cost 5 shillings and expired on 31 December 1944. It came from the donor's grandfather's horticultural farm in Hawkwell, Essex.
