Description
This waistcoat is part of a coachman's livery. This livery was used by Mr Harvey Thomas’s father, Henry, and was worn between 1896 and 1904 when Henry was coachman to the High Sherif of Berkshire, Mr Arthur Harvey Thursby. The uniform consisting of jacket, waistcoat, trousers, stockings, top hand and accessories. The waistcoat is made of red wool fabric.
