Three identical moulds made of tinned steel. They have fixed bases with three small drainage holes in the sides. There is a lip at the base and a strong rim on the top edge. These moulds were used for making Dorset Blue cheese.This item was used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
