Description
This dolly, in the shape of a barley fork, was made by Fred Mizen at Great Bardfield for the Festival of Britain. It is made entirely of straw; its handle is made of a bunch of straw covered with spirally plaited straw. The fork head itself is similarly plaited but more tightly.
