A Hedley Richmond worked in the Parks Department at the London County Council. He was a contemporary of L A Huddart who was the Chief Officer of LCC. Huddart's signature appears on some of the drawings.
Scope and Content
Includes a variety of layouts for small city gardens, presented in an isometric projection. A note on one indicates that many of these were created for an article by Reader's Digest. There are also plans for larger gardens, and drawings of several garden features, such as a shelter and a well. Mostly line drawings with minimal shading.
