Описание
A pair of butter pats was used to shape butter into blocks. This wooden pat, the underside of which is ridged, is missing its partner. It belonged to a commoner from Ashdown Forest, East Sussex, in the early-twentieth century, and was used in conjunction with a box churn and other pats (which were donated to the Museum at the same time).
