Описание
This jelly mould was donated to the Museum in 1951, one of thirty-nine household and domestic items. It is made of copper and lined with tin. It has an inner core and a fluted pattern. It is believed that this mould was used at the donor's family home of Papplewick Hall, Nottinghamshire, and then at Goldwell, Newbury. Jelly moulds such as this were common during the 18th and 19th centuries
