Edward Bowcher (Manufacturer)

This is a stoneware bottle for gin. The lower half has a cream glaze, and the upper half has a brown glaze and is stamped ‘Edwd. Bowcher // 72 High Street // Exeter’. The bottle has a handle. It is not known how the bottle came to the Museum.
