This feeding basket, for feeding horses, was made for the Museum in 1965–1966 by William Shelley of Salisbury, Wiltshire. It is a circular basket, made of white willow, straight for the lower third and widely flown for the upper two thirds. It has a capacity of one and a half pecks.
