This Staffordshire Tableware mug features an aerial map of the fictional village of Ambridge, with both sides of the mug headed with 'The Archers of Ambridge'. This mug is a piece of memorabillia related to the BBC Radio Four show The Archers, set in Ambridge, Borcester. This is one of a selection of items loaned to the MERL for the 2011 exhibition 'Everyday stories of country folk: 60 years of The Archers and MERL: 1951-2011'.
