This pewter teapot came from the donor's farmhouse. The handle is made of wood, so that it would not get too hot. The spout and the handle are both decorated. The teapot was made by James Doxon and Sons [or James Dixon and Sons?], and has the numbers 5, 73, and 1046 stamped on the bottom.
