Beschrijving
These iron bars are whippletrees, also called swingle trees. Two are 39" inches long, and one is 42 1/2" long. Wippletrees are used for draught animals, to ensure that they take an equal share of the load, or to balance the load pulled by animals of different strengths. These whippletrees originally came from Snell Farm, Rowhook.
