- [nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]This is a caulking iron, a plumbing tool used to drive a caulking yard and drive it into a joint in a pipe to seal it. It is made of steel and marked 'E&A'. The iron came from the workshop of Mr W. W. Field, a wheelwright in Winson, Gloucestershire. Mr Field retired circa 1960 and the business closed.
