This is a small round bell from Priory Farm, Monk Sherborne, Hampshire. It has the initials 'E.P.' on the underside, which may refer to Edward Pocock, who farmed at Priory Farm in the 17th century, or may refer to Edward/Edwin Plummer, possibly of Ramsbury, according to the Antique Metalware Society. The bell may have been used with cattle but is of a type more commonly associated with horses.

MERL ‘Associated information’ form – 'Cow bell // Obtained from Mr Dyson in 1905 (Priory Farm, Monk Sherbourne). // Edward Pocock farmed here in the 17th C. Hence initials E.P. // [pencil sketch]', MERL miscellaneous note - Although recorded as a cow bell in the documentation and possibly used as such, it seems likely that this object was produced as a horse bell. This type of bell is known as a 'rumbler' or 'crotal' bell and is more commonly associated with heavy horses than with cattle.
