This dibble was made and used by the donor's father. It was used on the family farm at Sackers Green, up until 1918. It is a roughly shaped dibble made from a piece of wood following the natural curves of the wood. A hole has been bored through the wood just below the handle for a piece of string to go through so that it could be hung up.
