This lead fire insurance plaque was used as a sign for an insurance company. It has a raised sun emblem and the number '72223' along the bottom. It has been dated to 1736. This plaque was issued by the Sun Fire Office, which was founded in 1710. The Association was a general insurance company and joined Sun-Alliance group in 1959.
