This is a large pan made of green glass with a lip for pouring and a lip. It is used for straining and setting milk. This came to the museum as part of the Sharp collection.

The Sharp Collection of agricultural and dairying equipment was compiled by Reverend C. J. Sharp at Wonersh, Surrey.
