An unidentified tool, possibly a weeding tool for garden use. It is made of iron, and consists of a shaft (which looks as if it would be fitted into a handle), a concave hollow, and two prongs positioned very closely together. It is part of the Saint Mary Bourne Collection, from the village of Saint Mary Bourne in Hampshire.
