[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]
This strainer holder came from Great Cornard, Suffolk. It consists of two long parallel posts of wood secured by two smaller struts. A strainer was placed between the posts. The museum holds little other information about its origins or use, although it was probably used as part of a set of malthouse equipment for brewing beer at Great Cornard.
