Chad Valley Tractor in box. Mechanical tractor with bevel gear transmission. Type 2 with small front wheels in a cardboard box with red lettering and illustration of a type 1 model. Tractor with yellow wooden body, red rear mudguards and front axle, black bakelite wheels and steering wheel. Model propelled by twisting a rubber band using the crank handle at the front. Decal states 'by appointment Toymakers to H.M. the Queen'. Model number 9109 by Chad Valley from a large collection of British manufactured toy farm vehicles and implements.
